After finishing the Hammock Loop, the Beach Trail takes you across an extensive mangrove swamp. Watch for the pink flashes of roseate spoonbills.

Honeymoon Island: Adjoining Caladesi Island, this island used to be joined to it until a 1926 hurricane shifted the coastline. The Osprey Trail (2.4 mile loop) starts at the north end of the park.
